The Christian Year reminds us that November 24 is Christ the King Sunday. A celebration that closes the full Christian experience in the good news that Jesus is indeed the beginning and end of all. I encourage you to fully celebrate this good news. But, I also believe that you can throw in a little Thanksgiving as well.

We can truly be thankful because we know that Jesus is our source and resource. We rejoice that history is not spinning out of control but moving toward a loving end in Jesus the Christ. The idea of giving thanks works well within the context.
